Digicuity ( “Digicuity” or “We” ) is committed to protecting the privacy of personally-identifiable information that we may collect from you as you use our website (our “Site”).  The following privacy policy describes the scope of information collection and protection we are committed to.  We may update our Privacy Policy periodically so you are advised to consult the “Privacy” link each time you visit the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Policy, as it may be amended from time to time.

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We collect personally identifiable information when you voluntarily provide it to us. We collect personally identifiable information from you in several different ways on the Site. Our website is professionally hosted off site and has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All the data regarding users, their computers’ system information and benchmark results are stored on servers. These servers are located in locked and guarded spaces, and only authorized personnel have access to the databases containing user data and personally identifiable information. However, no data transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and no security mechanism is impenetrable. Therefore, although we take steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of the information that we collect from you or the Site that are beyond our control. By accessing the Site, any transmission of information is at your risk and you agree to assume all risk in connection with information sent to us or collected by us.

3. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

6. CHOICE/OPT-OUT
We provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and from our partners at the point where we request information about the user on our Sites. We provide users the following options for removing their information from our database so that they no longer receive future communications or access to our other services:

(a) You can send email to privacy@digicuity.com stating your request.

(b) You can reply to any unwanted communications that you receive, stating your request.

7. CHILDREN AND PARENTS
Digicuity respects children’s privacy. We do not target or knowingly or intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. By using the Site, you have represented and warranted that you are either 18 years of age or using the Site with the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 13, you may not use the Site. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please email us at privacy@digicuity.com.
